This state and county funded project provided public water service by extending the public water system one mile to include two villages. Thirty-one service connections were designed to accommodate the extension. The scope of work also included surveying, permitting, contract administration and construction administration. The site conditions required the waterline to cross a tributary stream to Wabash Creek, requiring a Stream Encroachment permit from the PADEP. The initial phase of the project required a bore and jack trenchless crossing of SR 209 as part of the Highway Occupancy Permit from PennDOT.
