INDUSTRY-LEADING 401(K) CONTRIBUTION
Benesch
Industry Avg.

Our 401(k) plan allows employees to invest a percentage of their gross pay either pre-tax or post-tax using the Roth deferral option. Benesch provides a contribution that matches 80% of the employee contribution rate up to a maximum match of 4%. We also make a profit-sharing contribution equal to 5% of gross pay to our employees’ 401(k) plan—adding up to a potential 9% total employer contribution to your retirement savings.

According to the 2019 PLANSPONSOR Defined Contribution Survey, only 50% of engineering industry retirement plans offer profit sharing contributions; only 75% of plans offer employer matching. Benesch gives you both.
